Dear participants of 29th IPP,
Your IPP projects are now coming to the stage of midterm review. SJTU Announcement can be checked online. For all JI students, please pay attention to the dates as below:
【Important Dates and To Do List】
1. Before Oct 21 – for students
Student leaders should complete and upload the mid-term report to IPP system (via https://cxcy.sjtu.edu.cn/cxcy/System/Home)
2. Before Oct 25 – for instructors & students
Instructors will need to review program files and share comments online.
3. Before Nov 20- for students
Onsite Defense will be organized，more details should be checked as below:

| Venue: | JI-403 |
| Timetable: | will be released later. |
| Notes: | 1. Defense should be conducted in English. 2. All members should take part in the defense together. Each member would be graded according to the work you have done and the performance in your defense. 3. Slides and all materials should be submitted to Jingyi Xiong via email no later than 8pm, Nov 19th. |
【Important】
If there is any change on your projects such as team members change, please update it online and inform me via email no later than Nov 13. (You cannot change any student members after mid-term defense). Please read attachment-2 and update your program info online if necessary.
