This course is meticulously crafted for undergraduate students at JI with an engineering background who aspire to cultivate their leadership skills and amplify their personal influence. Recognizing the pivotal role of leadership in everyday tasks and its significance in the landscape of future careers, this course focuses on strategies for leveraging personal strengths, galvanizing teams, navigating organizational changes, and bolstering confidence during challenging times.
Drawing on the instructor’s rich teaching experience, including leading ??Leadership?? sessions in Corporate Strategic Planning for MEM programs across several engineering colleges, delivering lectures to a vast audience of MEM and DEM students, and conducting a ??Leadership?? session in Corporate Strategy (Antai Graduate Course) and Entrepreneurship Explored (NYUSH), this course is designed to guide JI students in uncovering ways to foster and lead high-performing teams, manage conflicts through sustained behavioral changes, enhance feedback delivery skills, and tackle stressful leadership scenarios effectively.
