Engineering students benefit from working in real business organizations, to be introduced to and immersed in the business organization cultures, policies and procedures, and interpersonal relationships, all critical for professional success as engineers. This is an action-based learning course requiring students to work as interns on projects of value for the host companies. Once enrolled, the students may not drop or withdraw from the course.
