Strategy and Innovation is an elective course for undergraduate students pursuing a minor in management. This course mainly introduces business strategy and innovation, the most important aspects in the success and growth of modern businesses. The course introduces students to some models and techniques of business strategy and innovation, such as Balanced Scorecard, Porter??s Competitive Forces theory and Value chain, Peter Drucker??s sources of innovation, Sustainability and Intrapreneurship. Students will conduct individual research on impactful cases of strategic innovation in businesses. Students will also do a group project with class presentations on technology innovations for business.
