Forbes China puts two JIers on “30 under 30″ list
Forbes China, the Chinese-language edition of Forbes, unveiled the 2019 edition of its annual “30 Under 30 China” list recently featuring 600 young innovators, entrepreneurs and leaders who are challenging conventions and making an impact in the world. The University of Michigan-Shanghai Jiao Tong University Joint Institute (JI) faculty member Rui Yang and alumnus Junbin Zhang were among the listees in the categories of science，energy and environment respectively.

Entrepreneurship Week 2018 was successfully held at Long Bin Building of University of Michigan – Shanghai Jiao Tong University Joint Institute (UM-SJTU JI) from September 4 to September 7.
