讲座摘要
With the development of fifth-generation communications, the demand for superior high-frequency filters is constantly increasing. As the core component of the filter, the development of piezoelectric materials with excellent electromechanical performance and robust mechanical performance is crucial for high-frequency resonance and filtering. However, rigid piezoelectric materials generally have a low piezoelectric coefficient, which can limit the bandwidth and be detrimental in high-frequency communications. To address this issue, optimizing the piezoelectric properties by doping has been considered as an effective approach, but the selection of dopants is ambiguous and random due to the lack of systematic research on the piezoelectric response mechanism of rigid materials. In this context, by taking AlN and HfO2 as the objects of the research, this dissertation systematically studies the effect of doping on piezoelectric response and establishes effective design principles for high-performance rigid piezoelectric materials.
主讲人简介
Huirong Jing received the B.S. degree from Anhui University in 2016 and M.S. degree from Chongqing University in 2019. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the UM-SJTU Joint Institute, supervised by Prof. Hong Zhu. Her current research interests focus on piezoelectric properties of materials.
