Abstract
In this dissertation, the author investigates several works around photoacoustic remote sensing (PARS) microscopy, a novel non-contact imaging technique. First, a non-contact dual-model imaging system which combines fluorescence microscopy and PARS microscopy was developed to provide complementary information. Second, an elegant approach is proposed to simplify the construction of the PARS microscopy system. Third, the author develops a convolutional neural network model to accelerate the imaging process in PARS microscopy. In addition, the author also attempts to use a camera to detect photoacoustic signals in PARS microscopy, and some preliminary results have been obtained.
