Abstract
With the rapid development of urbanization in China over recent decades, fire has become one of the most dangerous disasters in the buildings and can cause large-scale casualties and property losses. However, the existing risk assessment and health management methods are not objective and efficient enough to capture the potential fire risks in real time. Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of fire prevention in the buildings, this dissertation proposes fuzzy logic and social graph-based fire risk assessment methods and a health management framework for smart firefighting system. The proposed fire risk assessment methods integrate the opinions of multiple experts to objectively assign factor weights by considering the working experience of experts and improve the efficiency of locating the fire risk through the coupling relationship analysis among factors. Moreover, the proposed health management framework fully utilizes the Internet of Things (IoT) data to improve the update frequency of fire risk assessment and realize the 24-hour seamless monitoring of the fire risk in the buildings.
