318 Winter Program students all returned safe and sound!
With the last group of students landed in Shanghai Pudong Airport at 3pm, February 23, 2020 from Kyoto, a day before the previously scheduled registration day of JI’s 2020 Spring Term, all the 318 students participating the 2020 Winter programs have all returned to China after a 56-days journey in 12 different countries, 15 programs worldwide.

Associate Teaching Professor Rockwell Clancy and Assistant Teaching Professor Ryan Thorpe of the University of Michigan-Shanghai Jiao Tong University Joint Institute (UM-SJTU JI) won the second prize of a university-level teaching competition on December 11 in the category of Foreign Language Teaching.
First 2020 Winter Program team left to Tallinn Estonia!
After almost 2 months of preparation, the first 2020 Winter program team took off from Shanghai Pudong Airport this morning and they are going to Tallinn, Estonia for one of the new programs that has been offered to the JI students this year!
