The American global business magazine Fortune has put Beijing BuilderX Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., an enterprise established by the University of Michigan – Shanghai Jiao Tong University Joint Institute (UM-SJTU JI, JI hereafter) Class of 2011 alumnus Shaolong Sui, as one of the 65 China’s Most Impactful Startup Companies in 2023.
The list of the Chinese startup companies was launched by the New York-based Fortune magazine in 2021. The list serves to award enterprises that “do well while doing good”, addressing global challenges through innovation and demonstrating their unparalleled social impact. The awarded companies exhibit strong leadership in their respective industries, and are regarded to be able to determine the path of an industry and influence the future direction of industry policies, according to the editorial department of the magazine.
Shaolong Sui is the Founder and CEO of the Beijing BuilderX Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a technology company specializing in the development of intelligent remote control systems for engineering machinery. Its core product is the “Intelligent Remote Control System” designed specifically for engineering machinery. This system can upgrade engineering machinery into remote-controlled robots, enabling safer and more efficient construction operations.
