Description:

Our research focuses on innovating nanoscale electronic devices and systems for more efficient sensing and computing. Nanoscale devices involve new physical phenomena that can result in unique device properties not obtainable in bulk counterparts, and have high potential in the “More than Moore” trend. The research direction in our lab involves nanoelectronics, nanoelectromechanical systems (NEMS), optoelectronics, and device physics.
