Your IPP projects are now coming to the stage of final review. SJTU Announcement can be checked online.
For all JI students, please pay attention to the dates as follows:
- Extension or suspension application_ before Oct 23rd
If your team CANNOT join the final review on time, you MUST apply for extension or suspension online. Please check attachment 2 for guidance of system.
【Final Review Process】
- Before Nov. 13th for students
Click here and submit your final review materials online【项目结题报告、研究论文、项目研究综述、个人总结、项目成果表】.
Please remember to check attachments for all detailed requirements of final review and put all those materials into one zip file before uploading it.
- Before Nov 15th for instructors & students
1) Remind your instructor to review your submission online.
2) Once your instructors finished online process for this step, students should send the following materials to UEO via email:
《个人总结》of each member, 3-5分钟的项目介绍视频, 答辩PPT。
Email subject: IPPFinal-IPP28XXX (your IPP program number)
Email should be sent to jingyi.xiong@sjtu.edu.cn
- Before Nov 20th – for students
Onsite Defense will be organized，more details should be checked as below:

| Timetable: | will be released later. |
| Notes: | 1. Defense should be conducted in English. 2. All members should take part in the defense together. Each member would be graded according to the work you have done and the performance in your defense. 3. Slides and all materials should be submitted to Jingyi Xiong via email no later than 8pm, Nov 19th. |
